If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HOM charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The RIO boxer shorts are select and very graphic boxers. They combine the colors blue, magenta, orange, yellow and anthracite in a 3D effect based on a composition of triangular shapes. These boxers are also very practical to wear thanks to the horizontal opening, HO1, a patented invention of the HOM brand.

The RIO boxer shorts are made from a textile blend of 47% natural cotton, 47% modal and 6% elastane thread. This fabric produced in Europe provides a dense and resistant material for the designers of Maison HOM. In contact with the skin, modal cotton is very appreciable because it is supple, light and very soft. This fabric is easy to maintain: it preserves the vibrancy of colors well, despite numerous washes. Modal cotton also has antibacterial properties and facilitates the proper regulation of body temperature. In all circumstances, modal cotton does not wrinkle, does not pill and resists successive friction. For more comfort and better support of the shapes of men's anatomy, the RIO boxer shorts have an inner lining of the shell composed of 92% cotton and 8% elastane thread.

The cut of these boxers is a classic among men's underwear, this type of boxer is designed to go down a little more on the top of the leg than a short boxer. This shape thus prevents the skin from rubbing between the thighs and prevents the fabric from rising during movement. These characteristics make the RIO boxer a perfect everyday style.

These boxers have the OEKO-TEX® guarantee. This certification highlights the non-toxicity of the fabric, thread, and basic dyes used in the manufacturing process.
