  • Chest size: measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest.
  • Waist circumference: measure horizontally around natural waistline, at the thinnest part of the waist.

If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The INVISIBLE COMFORT boxer briefs are comfortable to wear. They come in a solid color with the brand logo discreetly displayed on the side of the waistband. INVISIBLE COMFORT is made from 86% extremely soft modal and 14% elastane yarn. These boxer briefs are easy to care for, as they maintain the intensity and depth of their colors over time. Modal is also highly appreciated for its antibacterial properties and the good body temperature regulation it provides. In use, this type of fabric does not crease or fluff and is resistant to repeated rubbing. The INVISIBLE COMFORT boxer briefs feature a bonded waistband and seamless edging on the legs. The cut of this underwear is a basic among boxer shorts, and this type of boxer is designed to sit lower on the thigh than a boxer short. This shape limits rubbing of the skin on the inner thighs and prevents the fabric from riding up during movement. All these qualities make INVISIBLE COMFORT boxer shorts ideal for wearing under all types of clothing, from the thickest to the lightest, and for all body types. These boxer shorts carry the OEKO-TEX® label. This international certification guarantees the non-toxicity of the components (fabric, yarn, dyes) of this underwear.
