If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The LAGUARDIA indoor outfit is a set for consisting of a long-sleeved sweatshirt and trousers, it is made of modal cotton. This indoor outfit features a sporty aesthetic. The top is plain, gray in color, with a half-zip collar, very practical. The bottom of this garment is also plain, gray in color, straight cut with "jogging style" finishes. The drape of the sweatshirt goes perfectly with the straight cut of the trousers. This indoor set is made of 47% fleece cotton, 47% modal of natural origin and 6% yarn. of elastane. This assembly carried out in Europe gives a dense and resistant fabric, of an excellent quality of maintenance. In contact with the body, cotton modal is comfortable because it gives a light, supple and soft textile to the touch. This material retains the intensity of the colors well over the washes. It is also recognized for its antibacterial properties and the good regulation of body temperature that it provides. In any situation, it does not wrinkle, does not fluff and resists well to repeated friction. LAGUARDIA interior clothing has been designed with textiles of European origin. Like all HOM creations, the material of this set is therefore OEKO-TEX® certified. This label indicates that this style of clothing respects sensitive skin, thanks to all of its elements (fabric, thread, dyes) guaranteed non-toxic for the body and that it minimizes the risk of allergy. For its creations, Maison HOM cooperates exclusively with raw material suppliers and fabric manufacturers with this certification.
