If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HOM charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The HANOÏ boxer briefs are made of polyamide and elastane. Its print is very bright and shows a beautiful play of contrasts between large leaves of exotic plants in azure blue, navy blue and red on a black, grey and turquoise camouflage background. These boxer briefs are made from a silky, lightweight polyamide fabric. This material generally gives men's underwear (pants, briefs or thongs) a high degree of flexibility and fluidity. It provides a fine fabric that is very pleasant to the touch. These boxer briefs are made from a material that dries very quickly and does not retain perspiration. Despite repeated rubbing, they do not wear out quickly and do not crease. They retain the beauty of light or dark colors and their contrast, wash after wash. The 10% elastane polyamide in this underwear is stretchy and ensures a comfortable feel and a good fit for all body shapes and thicknesses. The cut of these pants is an essential basic for underwear. HANOÏ boxer briefs are cut to cover the upper part of the thigh more than short-cut pants. This shape also has the advantage of reducing friction between the thighs during movement. It also prevents the fabric from riding up, so that the pants perfectly trace the lines of the male anatomy in every situation. The black microfiber waistband is elastic, hard-wearing and does not press against the skin. The inside of the boxer briefs has also been redesigned: To further improve comfort, the inner label with the HOM brand logo has been removed, and the center seam has been replaced by a thermal seam that avoids the risk of itching or skin irritation. Like all HOM creations, the HANOÏ boxer briefs have been awarded the OEKO-TEX® label. This certification guarantees that the fabrics, yarns and base colors used for these boxer briefs are non-toxic.
