  • Chest size: measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest.
  • Waist circumference: measure horizontally around natural waistline, at the thinnest part of the waist.

If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HOM charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The EVEREST short kimono is a short bathrobe with a herringbone pattern. This short bathrobe is very fluffy, warm and soft and can be worn directly on the skin over HOM underwear, pajamas or loungewear. This easy-care bathrobe has been specially designed to enhance comfort and relaxation: the thick fleece material is undeniably soft. This robe has a tone-on-tone belt that ties easily at the waist and two large rectangular pockets to keep hands warm. To ensure the well-being of those who wear it and to refine the quality of its drape, the EVEREST bathrobe was tested and adjusted several times on a medium-sized male mannequin during its manufacture. Like all HOM brand creations, this short fleece bathrobe is OEKO-TEX certified. This internationally recognized label certifies that the textiles used to make this style fully respect sensitive skin, as all components (fabric, yarn, dyes) are guaranteed non-toxic to the skin and body. For its creations, HOM chooses to work exclusively with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics that have this quality label for health and the environment.
