If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

Patrick #2 boxers are long form boxers, made of natural cotton. Black and plain gray, these underwear form a beautiful coordinated look in which to draw on a daily basis. These boxers combine comfort and a smart look. Each of the three boxers is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex yarn. This assembly gives a breathable and absorbent textile. The material is pleasant to wear, comfortable in movement and under any type of clothing. Cotton ensures good thermal regulation of the body, in all seasons. The long cut of the Patrick #2 boxers is a reference from the HOM brand: these underwear are designed to go down more on the leg than standard boxers. This shape thus limits friction at the level of the thighs and does not make the underwear "rise" in the movement. These properties make these long boxers the ideal model for any situation. On the black belt, the HOM logo is presented in white. Its elastic band remains soft on the inside and does not compress thanks to the flexibility of the microfiber fabric of which it is composed. Like all HOM underwear, these long boxers are OEKO-TEX® certified. They respect sensitive skin thanks to all the components used (fabric, thread, dye), guaranteed non-toxic for the body, and reduce the risk of allergies.
