If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HOM charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The PORT CROS swim shorts feature a handsome print in summery hues (orange/salmon, blue, sand, etc.). The motifs are remarkably aesthetically powerful: visual evocations of iconic symbols of Provence and the Mediterranean: sea, shells, rocks, pink flamingos, windmills.

This swimsuit is designed with a straight cut, covering the upper thigh. The fabric of these swim shorts is made from polyester (100%). This material has good qualities for a swimsuit: it resists rubbing, doesn't get damaged, and doesn't deform with use. To allow maximum comfort in movement, this swimsuit has been designed with a 100% polyester inner mesh, too.

The polyester in the PORT CROS swim shorts is a relatively stretchy synthetic composition that guarantees good colorfastness, whether bright or deep, over time. For this swimsuit, the fabric has been treated with a water-repellent finish designed to facilitate drying.The PORT CROS swimsuit ties, at the front of the elastic waistband with a dark drawstring. This is inserted directly into the waistband lining. Silver-colored metal tips reinforce the ends of the cord. The swimsuit features almost invisible side pockets and a rear patch pocket closed by a scratch flap.

The composition of this swimsuit is OEKO-TEX® labeled. This international certification guarantees that the yarn, fabric and dyes at the base of these swim shorts are not harmful to health. This is a priority that the HOM designers continuously follow in their approach to making underwear, swimwear and pajamas.
