If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The ALTON pajama set consists of a short-sleeved t-shirt and long shorts, in cotton, jersey knit. Its print plays with the "patchwork" effect in a cameo of blue and touches of black, yellow and orange. The print is repeated throughout the pajama top, enhanced by the plain midnight-blue pajama bottoms.

This style is based on an aesthetic of contrasts: the light and dark of the pattern play and the plain and printed of the pajama bottoms and top.

The ALTON short pajamas offer great comfort of movement thanks to their cut and the quality of the cotton from which they are made. Its natural-origin material is supple, soft and breathable. It helps regulate body temperature in all seasons. Thanks to its jersey knit, the pajamas don't fray and retain a particularly pleasant elasticity for relaxing or resting wear.

The t-shirt has a straight cut with short sleeves and a "Tunisian collar", while the shorts feature a pocket on each side and a drawstring on the elastic waistband.

The ALTON pajamas have been made with fabric of European origin. Like all HOM creations, this style is OEKO-TEX® certified. This internationally recognized label certifies that the basic composition of this textile piece takes care of skin sensitivity, thanks to all its elements (fabric, yarn, dyes) being guaranteed non-harmful to the body and minimizing the risk of allergies. For its creations, HOM chooses to collaborate exclusively with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics bearing this label.
