If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The JARROD pajamas are a two-piece pair, made entirely of cotton, in jersey knit. It pairs a plain blue top with long shorts. Its print is made up of plant motifs of large ribbed leaves of blue and orange-yellow, on a black background. It is available on the entire pajama bottom, in direct contrast with the plain pajama top, with a reminder of the patterns on the collar and buttonhole.

JARROD is a short pajamas for those with a tonic style that revives moments of relaxation. The cotton with which it is made is quality cotton. It is a material of natural origin, soft, rather flexible and very breathable. Summer and winter, this type of textile offers good regulation of body temperature. Thanks to the jersey knit, JARROD pajamas do not fray and preserve the good elasticity of the fabric.

The cut of the t-shirt is straight with short sleeves. The top has a Tunisian collar, the long shorts have a pocket on each side and a drawstring at the elastic waistband. The JARROD pajamas were made with textiles from the European Union. Like all HOM brand references, these pajamas have been OEKO-TEX® certified. This certification, recognized internationally, indicates that the basic construction of these pajamas respects the sensitivity of the skin and that all of its elements (fabric, thread, dyes) do not present toxic risks for the body. This guarantee also indicates that the chances of allergies are reduced to a minimum. For its creations, HOM chooses to collaborate only with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics carrying this label.
