If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The TENCEL SOFT t-shirt is a straight-cut, v-neck t-shirt in vegetable silk. This quality t-shirt offers absolute comfort for all body types. The textile is made of 97% lyocell (vegetable silk) and 3% spandex yarn. This material of natural origin is produced from wood pulp and is four times more absorbent than traditional cotton, its manufacturing process requires little water, thus reducing the environmental impact of the fabric produced. This lyocell, woven in Europe, is remarkable for the well-being it guarantees and the ease of maintenance it allows. A t-shirt of this composition does not wrinkle, resists regular friction and the risk of shrinkage well, despite successive washings. The straight and close fit of the TENCEL SOFT t-shirt, as well as the short sleeves highlight the lines of the body. Like all HOM creations, this t-shirt is guaranteed OEKO-TEX® standard 100 Class II, an internationally standardized label for products in direct contact with the skin. This textile, like all those used by the HOM brand, therefore protects sensitive skin thanks to all of its constituents (fabric, thread, dyes) guaranteed non-toxic to the body and minimizing the risk of allergy.
