If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The AMOUR boxer shorts are made of polyamide elastane microfiber. The theme of his print was conceived by the expressionist artist Christopher Lecoutre. Inspired by street art, surrealism and pop culture, he has designed a colorful visual universe composed of iconic motifs of love: the heart and the key to the heart, the kiss, the love impulse, the rose. The movement and bright colors on a black background give this underwear a festive look to celebrate love with joy. AMOUR is a boxer made of high quality microfiber fabric: fine and silky, this material brings elasticity and fluidity to all underwear. The fabric is light, very pleasant to wear and to touch: it wicks away perspiration and dries quickly. It preserves the quality and intensity of the colors, wash after wash. The 10% elastane microfiber is very supportive. The elastic waistband is made of microfiber: soft on the inside, it does not compress the body and has the HOM logo in its weave.
