If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The TENCEL SOFT t-shirt is a straight-cut, v-neck t-shirt in vegetable silk. This t-shirt is a basic of very high quality and absolute comfort for all body types. The fabric is made of 97% lyocell and 3% spandex yarn. This material of natural origin is obtained from wood pulp and is four times more absorbent than cotton, its manufacturing process requires little water and thus limits the environmental impact of the fabric produced. This textile, made in Europe, is remarkable for the comfort it guarantees and the ease of maintenance it allows. A Lyocell t-shirt does not wrinkle, is resistant to friction and the risk of shrinkage. The straight cut and "close to the body" of the TENCEL SOFT t-shirt advantageously highlights the lines of the body. For this piece, as for the other styles in the collection, the designers of the HOM brand adjust the outfits in the collection directly on medium-sized mannequins. The material of this t-shirt is OEKO-TEX® certified. This label indicates that this style of clothing respects sensitive skin, thanks to the quality of all of its components (fabric, thread, dyes) guaranteed non-toxic for the body and that it minimizes the risk of allergy. For all its creations, HOM chooses to collaborate exclusively with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics with this certification. The TENCEL SOFT t-shirt will appeal to those concerned about the ecological impact of their lifestyle and the manufacture of their clothing, as well as the quality of the fabric they wear.
