Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details
The TENCEL SOFT brief is a micro-shaped brief, made of vegetable silk. This underwear is a basic of high quality and very comfortable. Thanks to its cut and texture, this underwear is suitable for all body types. The fabric is made of 97% Lyocell and 3% spandex yarn. This material of natural origin is obtained from wood pulp, it gives a textile four times more absorbent than cotton. Its manufacturing process requires little water, thus limiting the environmental impact of the fabric produced. This textile, made in Europe, is also remarkable for the well-being it guarantees and the ease of maintenance it offers: a Lyocell brief does not crease, is resistant to friction and the risk of shrinkage. The micro cut of the TENCEL SOFT brief is low-cut on the hip, with a thinner waistband than other styles of HOM brand briefs. This micro form of underwear offers flexibility and great freedom of movement, it subtly reveals the shapes of the anatomy and gives the underwear and the wearer a subtly sexy side. The belt features the HOM logo in a discreet label on the side. Like all HOM underwear, this micro brief is OEKO-TEX® certified. It respects sensitive skin thanks to all of its components (fabric, thread, dyes) guaranteed non-toxic for the body.
