If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HOM charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   

  • Final Sale Items
  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The CLASSIC HOM long-sleeved, v-neck t-shirt is a classic and elegant t-shirt in cotton modal. It’s the comfortable, long-sleeved, plain-colored top which is a must in every wardrobe. This long-sleeved t-shirt can be worn as such or under clothing and perfectly masks the transparency of a shirt. This CLASSIC long-sleeved t-shirt comes with a shallow v-neck and a straight close-fitting cut. This long-sleeved t-shirt natural material in modal cotton jersey provides a very soft touch and is particularly suitable for those who don’t like synthetic materials. Modal also gives optimal absorbing properties and strongly resists shrinking and friction. The CLASSIC line revisits the cuts of the former SPORT N COLORS line in the material of the HO1 line for the best comfort.
