  • Chest size: measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest.
  • Waist circumference: measure horizontally around natural waistline, at the thinnest part of the waist.

If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

HOM basics are must-have and timeless pieces of the collection. The PREMIUM COTTON line offers demanding men elegant and refined undergarments for all occasions. These PREMIUM COTTON micro-briefs are briefs in natural 100% mercerized cotton with a folded down waistband. Featuring French seams, the flexible lining at the front of these micro-briefs is doubled and the seams are invisible on the inside; a chic and comfortable finishing which is friction-free. These briefs have a micro-cut, which is slightly shorter on the hips than with the mini-briefs, which gives more freedom to the legs. Mercerized cotton is obtained with a specific process and by lengthening the material, which makes it especially fine and gives it a brilliant and silky aspect. Comfortable and low-maintenance, cotton is a natural material which is breathable and comfortable to wear. For more comfort, the waistband of these micro-briefs is covered with the fabric of the underwear and folded down towards the inside above the elastic band; your skin is fully in contact with the mercerized cotton material. Great for those who don't like synthetic or elastic materials. A discreet tone-on-tone label with the HOM logo has been sewn onto the waistband.
