Anonymity and Use of Responses:
- The survey is only for participants who have been invited by HOM.
- All responses will be treated anonymously.
- Your information will only be used for research purposes and will be presented in an aggregated way (meaning individual responses won't be identifiable).
Incentive:
- The first 300 respondents who have been invited to the survey and who complete it will receive $25 off their next purchase on full price items only, redeemable at the HOM USA website https://us.hom.com.
Coupon Code Details:
- Unique and cannot be shared with others.
- You will receive the code via email within 24 hours of after completing the survey.
- Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount.
- Can only be used in one transaction.
- Valid only on full-priced items (excludes sale and discounted items).
