The TENERIFE long pajamas combine a long-sleeved t-shirt top and cotton jersey knit trousers. The strength of its print is based on a play of blue tones that bring out all skin colors: from the lightest to the darkest. On a navy blue base, plant motifs and thick lines add bright accents to the entire model. The navy blue neutrality of the pajama bottoms emphasizes the design of the top.

The fabric of the TENERIFE pajamas is made from 100% cotton. It offers the wearer a high level of comfort, regardless of their body shape. This natural material is soft, very cozy, breathable and absorbent. In the autumn and winter months, it helps to regulate body temperature.

The jersey knit of these long pajamas also offers good durability of the fabric. It does not deform or fray and offers the necessary suppleness required for a garment for relaxing or resting.

The t-shirt has a straight cut with long sleeves and a v-neck. The collar is narrow and plain navy blue, which contrasts with the colors of the print on the rest of the pajama top. The trousers have a pocket on each side and a practical drawstring that is tucked into the elasticated waistband.

The TENERIFE pajamas are OEKO-TEX® certified. This guarantee certifies that the fabrics, yarns and basic dyes used in the manufacture of a textile item that is worn in direct contact with the skin are non-toxic. All components of this pajama set are therefore suitable for sensitive skin.

Free Returns

Online Free Returns/Exchanges within the 48 contiguous states

Sales items purchased from January 5, 2024, to January 27, 2024, are Final Sale. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

 

Please consult your Order Confirmation or Shipment Confirmation e-mail and click on the button at the bottom of email for RETURN / EXCHANGE.

  1. Or log into MY ACCOUNT located at the top of the HOME Page. Log in by entering your email address and password.
  2. Click on "Return Center". Type Order Number and click on "Submit" button.
  3. Complete the form for the items you would like to return or exchange.
  4. SUBMIT REQUEST FOR RETURN and you will receive a Confirmation email containing an attachment of a prepaid USPS label. If you do not receive this email, check your SPAM/JUNK folder since the email may have gone there.
  5. Print the label you received by e-mail, tape to your box. In case you use the original box, remove or cover all original shipping labels on the box.
  6. For a FREE return, bring the package to any US Postal location that accepts packages.
  7. Contact Customer Service with any questions at 1-855-426-7687.

 

For returns/exchanges outside the 48 contiguous states: Please follow the process above to obtain a label and a return authorization. There is a flat return charge of $20 for areas outside of the 48 contiguous states which will be deducted for each return label.

 

Important Notes from our Return Policy

  • You may return items within 45 days for an exchange or refund which are unworn and unwashed. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact. All items, especially bras, must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • Laundress products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact.
  • One prepaid USPS return label per order is permitted.

Special Notes

  • Shipping, handling gift box charges or gift cards are non-refundable.
