The MARINERO boxer briefs are made from modal cotton textiles with a standard cut. The print was designed by Albert Madaula, an artist who draws his inspiration from the world of Picasso and Almodovar, among others. The design of this underwear transports us to the fantasy of a sea voyage with stylized, flashing figures of sailors and light blue anchors. A stimulating composition that plays with the contrasts between the motifs in vibrant colors, the artist's signature and the striped background in dark shades of black and blue. The artist's signature in a white and black label on the front of the dark belt adds the finishing touch to the elegance of this collector's item.
The MARINERO boxer briefs are made from 47% cotton, 47% natural modal and 6% elastane yarn. The advantage of this fabric, which is made in Europe, is that it is hard-wearing and dense. The cotton-modal fabric is also very pleasant on the body as it is particularly supple, light and soft.
Like all HOM creations, these boxer briefs are OEKO-TEX®-certified. This seal recognizes the high standards that HOM sets for its clothing. The yarn, fabric and dyes used for these pants are non-toxic and reduce the risk of allergies to a minimum. The cotton-modal textile used for this underwear was also chosen for its antibacterial properties and the good regulation of body temperature that it facilitates. In terms of care, it is particularly valuable because it is colorfast despite repeated washing.
The inner lining of the body of these boxer briefs is made of 92% cotton and ensures a comfortable fit. The cut of the MARINERO pants is an indispensable classic among HOM pants: it covers the upper part of the thigh, protects against chafing on the inside of the thighs and adapts perfectly to movement.

Online Free Returns/Exchanges within the 48 contiguous states
Sales items purchased from January 5, 2024, to January 27, 2024, are Final Sale. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Please consult your Order Confirmation or Shipment Confirmation e-mail and click on the button at the bottom of email for RETURN / EXCHANGE.
- Or log into MY ACCOUNT located at the top of the HOME Page. Log in by entering your email address and password.
- Click on "Return Center". Type Order Number and click on "Submit" button.
- Complete the form for the items you would like to return or exchange.
- SUBMIT REQUEST FOR RETURN and you will receive a Confirmation email containing an attachment of a prepaid USPS label. If you do not receive this email, check your SPAM/JUNK folder since the email may have gone there.
- Print the label you received by e-mail, tape to your box. In case you use the original box, remove or cover all original shipping labels on the box.
- For a FREE return, bring the package to any US Postal location that accepts packages.

For returns/exchanges outside the 48 contiguous states: Please follow the process above to obtain a label and a return authorization. There is a flat return charge of $20 for areas outside of the 48 contiguous states which will be deducted for each return label.
Important Notes from our Return Policy
- You may return items within 45 days for an exchange or refund which are unworn and unwashed. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
- All tags and packaging must be intact. All items, especially bras, must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
- Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
- Laundress products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact.
- One prepaid USPS return label per order is permitted.

- Shipping, handling gift box charges or gift cards are non-refundable.
