  • Chest size: measure horizontally around the fullest part of the chest.
  • Waist circumference: measure horizontally around natural waistline, at the thinnest part of the waist.

If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   

  • Final Sale Items
  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The EVEREST bathrobe is a long kimono with a herringbone-style relief pattern. This ultra-fluffy, warm and soft bathrobe, to be worn directly on the skin, over HOM underwear, pajamas or loungewear, offers a sophisticated look that is not lacking in cocooning moments.

This easy-care bathrobe has been specially designed to promote well-being and relaxation, whatever their physique: the thick fleece material and soft, enveloping feel provide welcome relaxation at the end of the day or at the weekend.

This style of long kimono in a dark color sets new standards. The tone-on-tone belt can be easily tied at the waist and two large rectangular pockets are ideal for keeping your hands warm. To improve the comfort and fit of the EVEREST bathrobe, it was tested and adjusted several times on a medium-sized male mannequin during production.
This style has been designed to match all the long and short cotton pajamas offered by HOM.
Like all HOM brand creations, this long fleece bathrobe has been awarded the OEKO-TEX® label. This internationally recognized label certifies that the textiles used to make this style respect sensitive skin, as all components (fabric, yarn, dyes) are guaranteed to be non-toxic to the body. For its creations, HOM works exclusively with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics that have this health and ecological quality charter.
