If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The FILIPPO pajamas are a coordinated two-piece in cotton and jersey knit. Its "shirt"-style pajama top is paired with pants. Its 3D-effect geometric cube motifs combine blue, yellow and green colors. They are deployed on the pajama top, in complete contrast to the plain, navy-blue pajama bottoms.

FILIPPO is a long pajama offering elegance and well-being in moments of idleness or rest. The high-quality cotton from which it's cut is a natural-origin material that's particularly soft, highly supple and breathable. All year round, in cold or hot weather, it is ideal for regulating body temperature. Thanks to the jersey knit, the FILIPPO pajama fabric is durable, non-fraying and has ideal elasticity.

The cut of the top is straight with long sleeves. This top features a "shirt" collar, full-length buttons and a pocket, left side, the pants have a pocket on each side and a drawstring inserted into the elastic waistband.

FILIPPO pajamas are made from European Union fabric. Like all HOM creations, these pajamas are OEKO-TEX® certified. This internationally recognized label guarantees that the basic composition of this textile item (fabric, yarn, dyes) preserves the sensitivity of the skin and has no toxic effects on the body. This guarantee also indicates that allergy risks are reduced to a minimum. For their creations, HOM designers cooperate only with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics displaying this label.
