If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET.

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds.

We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.

The Details

The JEGOR pajamas are a two-piece in cotton and jersey knit. It combines a long-sleeved t-shirt-style top and pants. Its print features geometric patterns of orange and red diamonds, on a gray background. It is deployed across the entire pajama top, in direct contrast to the plain, dark gray pajama bottoms.

JEGOR is a long-sleeved pajama suit for combining elegance and comfort in moments of relaxation. The high-quality cotton with which it's made is a naturally sourced material, very soft, supple and breathable. All year round, in cold or hot weather, it helps regulate body temperature. Thanks to the jersey knit, the JEGOR long pajama fabric is resistant, fray-free and retains perfect elasticity.The t-shirt's cut is straight with long sleeves. This top features a v-neck, while the pants have a pocket on each side and a drawstring elastic waistband.

JEGOR pajamas are made with fabric sourced from the European Union. Like all HOM creations, these long pajamas are OEKO-TEX® certified. This internationally recognized label guarantees that the basic fabric used for this creation is skin-friendly, thanks to all its components (fabric, yarn, dyes), and does not present any toxic characteristics for the body. This guarantee also certifies that allergy risks are reduced to a minimum. For its creations, the HOM brand chooses to cooperate exclusively with suppliers of raw materials and fabrics bearing this label.
