Online Free Returns/Exchanges within the 48 contiguous states
Please consult your Order Shipment Confirmation e-mail and select the link to our Online Return Center or follow these steps for an online return:
- Log into MY ACCOUNT located at the top of the HOME Page. Log in by entering your email address and password.
- Click on "Return Center". Type Order Number and click on "Submit" button. Or find a link on your Shipping Confirmation email.
- Complete the form for the items you would like to return or exchange.
- SUBMIT REQUEST FOR RETURN and you will receive a Confirmation email for your request. A second email will follow containing a prepaid UPS label. If you do not receive the email containing the label, check your SPAM/JUNK folder since the email may have gone there.
- Please print the label you received by e-mail, tape to your box. In case you use the original box, remove or cover all original shipping labels on the box.
- For a FREE return, bring the package to UPS or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. Staples Stores offer UPS.

For returns/exchanges outside the 48 contiguous states: Please follow the process above to obtain a return authorization. After you have received the authorization number, please include it in your package and return the package at your own expense. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise and be sure it can be tracked. HOM is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Important Notes from our Return Policy
- You may return items within 45 days for an exchange or refund. Once processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
- All tags and packaging must be intact. All items, especially padded items, must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for other reasons such as exposure to perfumes, potpourri or smoke.
- One prepaid UPS return label per order is permitted.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Final Sale Items ending in a sale price of $.99 are FINAL sale items. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
